What do the individual and collective coaching sessions involve?

The topics addressed in individual coaching sessions are specific to each participant. The coaches are always up to speed on what the students are learning and can, therefore, support them in their studies and in crafting their project. The coaches also give one-on-one assistance to students in creating their international career plan and in setting out the steps they should follow to achieve their professional goals.

 

The collective coaching sessions create cohesion, facilitate effective group work and encourage collective thinking. They enable participants to become more open to others, building trust.
